Scope of contract            :

The objective of the “Consultancy Services for Feasibility Studies and Technical Assistance for Retrofitting of Selected High Priority Public Buildings in Istanbul (CB1.3/A)”  is to conduct vulnerability assessments and prepare preliminary and final structural retrofitting designs, including consideration of non-structural elements, cost estimates, bills of quantities, specifications, tender documents and provide an overview synthesis of the feasibility of the program in terms of technical, economical criteria for the selected public buildings (48 schools,           2 polyclinics, 2 dormitories and 1 service building)  located in the province of Istanbul
