Consultancy Services for Design and Construction/Furnishing Supervision of Disaster Management Center (CB 1.5/A)

Scope of contract            :

The objective of the “Consultancy Services for Design and Construction/Furnishing Supervision of Disaster Management Center (CB 1.5/A)” is to design and develop a new Headquarters Facility of DMC on European side of Istanbul and a new Headquarters Facility of DMC on Asian side of Istanbul. This will lead to the preparation of works bidding documents for construction activities and preparation of bidding documents for the procurement of goods to furnish/equip these Disaster Management Center (DMC)s on European and Asian sides of Istanbul. Also, supervision services during the implementation of works and supplies contracts will also be provided for the DMC located on European side.

Duration                          :

The duration of completion of Consultants’ Services is approximately 16 (sixteen) months excluding 12 (twelve) months Defects Liability Period).
