We also did the infrastructure works of establishing an electronic document management system, a service desk and a call center in order to provide better service for citizens. Thus, the time required to grant a zoning and building license shortened significantly, and the service became transparent, trackable and sustainable. Construction and building audit processes became trackable and reportable in electronic environment.<\/p>\n<p>Under this studies that we define as the C Component, we trained a total of 3631 civil engineers with the Ministry of Environment and Urbanism on the \u201cRegulations for Buildings to be Built in Earthquake Zones\u201d issued in 2007.
