{"id":5892,"date":"2019-04-19T11:01:05","date_gmt":"2019-04-19T08:01:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ipkb.gov.tr\/?page_id=5892"},"modified":"2019-05-25T10:45:27","modified_gmt":"2019-05-25T07:45:27","slug":"public-awareness-and-training","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.ipkb.gov.tr\/en\/what-is-ismep\/c-component\/public-awareness-and-training\/","title":{"rendered":"Public Awareness and Training"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Training on Urban Planning and Construction for Disaster Risk Reduction for Municipalities<\/h3>\n<p>\u201cSafe City Safe Life Training Program\u201d is aimed to increase awareness level of community about disaster preparedness, structural and urban risks and the roles to be taken by local governments.<\/p>\n<p>Within this context, we have prepared training modules and materials for three target groups; decision makers, technical staff, and community representatives and organized pilot training programs in ISMEP pilot municipalities. With feedbacks from participants after pilot training program, we revised the training materials and contents.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-4869\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ipkb.gov.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/c2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"684\" height=\"331\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ipkb.gov.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/c2.jpg 684w, https:\/\/www.ipkb.gov.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/c2-300x145.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.ipkb.gov.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/c2-540x261.jpg 540w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 684px) 100vw, 684px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Within the training program, we used participatory training techniques oriented to have participants produce information and increase their knowledge level by discussing with each other.
